About me
I’m a Senior UX/Product Designer with a background that blends creativity, empathy, and systems thinking.
My journey began in music, where I earned a Master’s in Music Composition for Film & Television and a Bachelor’s in Vocal Performance. Music taught me how to think in structure, storytelling, and emotion — skills I now apply to designing meaningful user experiences.
Before transitioning into UX, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Casio, where I interacted directly with customers across calls, chats, and emails. That experience gave me a deep understanding of user pain points and how even small usability issues can impact real people. It was my first exposure to user-centered thinking.
Since then, I’ve worked across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise platforms at companies like CVS, Equifax, Cigna, and Lennar, designing end-to-end experiences that simplify complex systems. My work focuses on usability, accessibility (WCAG), and scalable design systems, combining research, data, and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.
I’m particularly interested in solving problems at the intersection of AI, enterprise workflows, and human behavior — designing products that don’t just function, but genuinely help people succeed.
